Accounts Executive

Job Summary

Hotel Ivy is seeking a detail-oriented and responsible Accounts Executive to manage day-to-day accounting operations, financial records, and reporting activities. The ideal candidate should possess strong accounting knowledge, accuracy in financial transactions, and proficiency in accounting software.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain daily accounting records and bookkeeping.
• Prepare and process vouchers, invoices, receipts, and payments.
• Handle accounts payable and accounts receivable.
• Reconcile bank statements and vendor accounts.
• Assist in monthly, quarterly, and annual financial closing.
• Maintain cash and petty cash records.
• Prepare GST, TDS, and other statutory compliance-related documents.
• Coordinate with auditors and support audit activities.
• Generate financial reports and MIS reports as required.
• Ensure proper documentation and filing of financial records.
• Assist in payroll processing and employee reimbursements.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Commerce (B.Com), Accounting, or related field.
• Minimum 1–3 years of experience in accounting.
• Knowledge of GST, TDS, PF, ESI, and statutory compliances.
• Proficiency in MS Excel and accounting software (Tally ERP/Tally Prime preferred).
• Good analytical and numerical skills.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.

Preferred Skills

• Experience in the hospitality industry will be an added advantage.
• Knowledge of financial reporting and taxation.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
