**Job Description (JD)**

**Job Title: Accountant**

**Location:** [Raipur]
**Department:** Accounts & Finance
**Reporting To:** Finance Manager / Accounts Head

**Job Summary:**

We are looking for a detail-oriented and responsible Accountant to manage financial transactions, maintain accurate records, and ensure compliance with financial regulations. The candidate should have strong knowledge of accounting principles and be able to handle day-to-day financial operations efficiently.

**Key Responsibilities:**

• Maintain and update financial records, ledgers, and journals
• Handle daily accounting entries and bookkeeping
• Prepare and maintain invoices, bills, and expense reports
• Manage accounts payable and receivable
• Reconcile bank statements and company accounts
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports
• Ensure compliance with GST, TDS, and other statutory requirements
• Assist in audits and provide required documentation
• Monitor cash flow and budgeting
• Coordinate with internal teams and external auditors

**Required Skills & Qualifications:**

• Bachelor’s degree in Commerce (B.Com) or related field
• Proven experience as an Accountant (1–5 years preferred)
• Knowledge of accounting software (e.g., Tally, Busy, Zoho Books)
• Strong understanding of GST, TDS, and Indian taxation
• Good knowledge of MS Excel
• Attention to detail and accuracy
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

**Preferred Qualifications:**

• CA Inter / CMA / MBA (Finance) (optional)
• Experience in hotel, restaurant, or service industry (if applicable)

**Salary:**

As per experience and company standards

**Working Hours:**

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹22,500.00 per month
