Accountant (Zoho Books Specialist)

Role Description This is a full-time remote role for an Accountant specializing in Zoho Books. The Accountant will handle day-to-day financial operations, including maintaining accurate financial records, managing accounts payable and receivable, preparing financial reports, and reconciling accounts. Additional responsibilities include ensuring compliance with tax and financial regulations, optimizing Zoho Books usage, creating financial workflows, and providing recommendations for process improvements. Qualifications Key Responsibilities • Manage the Zoho Books accounting platform and financial workflows • Handle accounts receivable and accounts payable • Manage client bill collections and payment follow ups • Create and manage recurring service invoices and project invoices • Process vendor bills, expenses, and purchase transactions • Support accounting for hardware and software resale transactions • Perform bank and credit card reconciliations • Maintain general ledger and financial records • Prepare monthly financial statements and reports • Create custom reports and financial dashboards in Zoho Books • Monitor revenue, cost, and profitability by client or project • Assist with cash flow management and forecasting • Provide financial insights and reporting to leadership • Maintain financial records for compliance and audits • Coordinate with external CPA for tax preparation and year end reporting
