**Salary Range:** ₹20,000 – ₹30,000 per month (depending on experience and skills)
**Work Schedule:** 11:00 AM – 8:00 PM
**Work Mode:** On-site
**Working Days:** Sunday operational (weekly off in rotation)
**Location:** Elem, Ahead Lalpur Fruit Market, Devpuri, Pachpedinaka, Raipur, Chhattisgarh

Role Overview

We are looking for an After Sales Coordinator (CRM) to manage customer records, ensure timely follow-ups, and handle after-sales coordination to deliver a smooth customer experience. This role requires strong communication skills and systematic tracking of customer interactions.

**Key Responsibilities**

• Maintain and update customer data in the CRM system
• Track orders, delivery schedules, and customer service updates
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth order processing and after-sales support
• Schedule follow-ups with customers for feedback, delivery confirmation, and service requests
• Handle customer queries and escalate issues when required
• Prepare and share regular reports on follow-ups, complaints, and service status
• Ensure proper documentation and record-keeping for all customer interactions

**Requirements**

• Prior experience in CRM or after-sales/customer service coordination preferred
• Strong knowledge of Excel and reporting
• Good communication and customer-handling skills
• Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple follow-ups efficiently

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
