**About the Company**

Maa Harsiddhi Infra Developers Pvt. Ltd. is a growing EPC infrastructure company based in Raipur, Chhattisgarh, engaged in the execution of Transmission & Distribution and allied infrastructure projects across India. The company currently has an order book of approximately Rs. 350 Cr, with 11 ongoing Transmission and Distribution projects being executed in parallel.

To support our continued growth and strengthen project execution, we are looking to hire experienced senior professionals at AGM, DGM and GM level for our Raipur corporate/project coordination office.

**Position Overview**

We invite applications from dynamic and experienced professionals with strong exposure to large-scale EPC project execution, preferably in Transmission & Distribution, substations, transmission lines, civil infrastructure, or related construction sectors.

The ideal candidate should have worked with reputed and well-established companies such as L&T, Tata Projects, KEC, Kalpataru, NCC, Afcons, Shapoorji Pallonji, or other listed/reputed infrastructure companies.

**Preferred Candidate Profile**

The candidate should have:

i.) Engineering qualification from a reputed college or institution Minimum 10 to 15 years of relevant experience in EPC / infrastructure / construction projects.

ii). Prior working experience with reputed, listed, or large-scale infrastructure companies.

iii). Strong experience in Transmission & Distribution projects, substations, transmission lines, or civil infrastructure projects.

iv). Strong knowledge of project planning, execution, coordination, client handling, contract management, and site progress monitoring.

v). Ability to manage multiple projects and coordinate with clients, consultants, vendors, subcontractors, and internal teams.

vi). Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.

**Key Responsibilities**

i. Oversee project execution and ensure timely completion of assigned works.

ii. Coordinate with project teams, clients, consultants, vendors, and subcontractors.

iii. Monitor progress, cost, quality, safety, and contractual compliance.

iv. Support planning, resource mobilization, billing, documentation, and project review meetings.

v. Identify project risks and support timely resolution of site and contractual issues.

vi. Guide and mentor project teams for smooth execution and performance improvement.

**Designation and Salary**

Designation shall be offered based on the candidate’s experience and suitability.

Salary shall be negotiable and will not be a constraint for the right candidate.

Pay: ₹90,000.00 - ₹180,000.00 per month
