**Job Summary:**
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic professional for the role of AGM – Sub Store, responsible for managing end-to-end sub-store operations and material management functions within a manufacturing setup. The role focuses on ensuring efficient inventory control, smooth store operations, risk mitigation, and cost optimization while supporting uninterrupted plant operations.
**Key Responsibilities:A. Inventory Management:**
- Maintain optimum stock levels across all sub-stores with accurate and updated records
- Monitor and regulate the flow of materials in and out of sub-stores, ensuring proper documentation
- Coordinate with relevant teams for material movement, planning, and requisition
- Ensure timely availability of materials to support plant operations and MRP execution
- Identify non-moving and obsolete inventory and initiate disposal processes
- Plan and execute periodic scrap disposal activities
- Raise Purchase Requisitions in a timely manner to avoid stock shortages
- Validate and clear Goods Receipt Notes (GRN) within defined timelines
- Plan and manage employee shifts in sub-stores to meet operational requirements
**B. Store Operations:**
- Oversee and manage overall sub-store operations and implement process improvements
- Design and maintain efficient store layouts ensuring proper labeling and storage of materials
- Allocate manpower effectively to ensure timely and quality operations
- Conduct regular audits of sub-stores to ensure compliance and operational efficiency
**C. MIS & Reporting:**
- Ensure timely preparation and submission of inventory and sub-store reports to management
- Maintain accurate records of scrap disposal and report the same periodically
**Eligibility Criteria:**
**Educational Qualification:**
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (mandatory)
- MBA / Master’s in Supply Chain / Operations / Industrial Management (preferred)
**Experience:**
- Minimum 9+ years of relevant experience in manufacturing plants
- **Candidates must be from the same sector (Steel / Heavy Manufacturing industry only)**
**Functional Skills:**
- Strong expertise in store/warehouse operations and inventory management
- Knowledge of material management practices and industrial compliances
- Experience in supply chain and operations management
- Manpower planning and team handling skills
- Proficiency in MS Excel and MIS reporting
- Strong negotiation and coordination abilities

Pay: ₹75,000.00 - ₹150,000.00 per month
