**Job Description**
Raipur Builder is looking for a skilled Architect to join our team in Raipur, Chhattisgarh. The ideal candidate will contribute to architectural design and project execution, supporting innovative solutions and ensuring high-quality deliverables.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Assist in architectural design development from concept to execution.
- Prepare detailed drawings, layouts, and models using AutoCAD, Revit, and other software.
- Conduct site visits for measurements, documentation, and coordination.
- Coordinate with project teams to ensure design accuracy and implementation.
- Support client meetings and presentations when required.
- Research materials, construction methods, and design trends.
- Assist in preparing construction documents and specifications.
- Develop basic 3D models and renderings for presentations.
- Maintain project documentation and records.
**Qualifications**
- Bachelor’s degree in Architecture or related field.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, Rhino, and Adobe Creative Suite.
- Basic to intermediate BIM knowledge.
- Understanding of architectural design principles and building codes.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
- Detail-oriented with problem-solving ability.
**Preferred Skills**
- Knowledge of Lumion or similar rendering software.
- Awareness of sustainable design practices and Vastu principles.
- Good time management and multitasking skills.
- Basic client interaction experience.

**Salary Structure**
**Salary:** ₹25,000 – ₹35,000 + incentives (based on experience and expertise)
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
