**About the Role:**

We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Area Sales Executive to drive sales growth and strengthen our market presence in Raipur and surrounding regions. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in the pharmaceutical, surgical implant, medical device, or healthcare industry and possess excellent relationship-building and business development skills.

**Key Responsibilities:**

• Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve territory sales targets.
• Identify and appoint new distributors, dealers, and channel partners.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with doctors, hospitals, distributors, and healthcare professionals.
• Generate new business opportunities and expand market coverage.
• Conduct product presentations, demonstrations, and promotional activities.
• Monitor competitor activities and provide market intelligence reports.
• Ensure timely collection of payments and outstanding dues.
• Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and customer visit plans.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth order processing and customer support.
• Participate in conferences, exhibitions, and industry events as required.

**Candidate Requirements:**

• Bachelor's degree in any discipline (Science, Pharmacy, Business, or related field preferred).
• Minimum **5–7 years of sales experience** in:
• Surgical Implants
• Medical Devices
• Orthopedic Products
• Pharmaceutical Industry
• Strong network within hospitals, surgeons, distributors, and healthcare institutions in the Raipur region.
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Ability to travel extensively within the assigned territory.
• Valid driving license preferred.

**Preferred Candidate Profile:**

• Local resident of Raipur or nearby areas.
• Experience handling orthopedic implants, trauma products, surgical instruments, or pharmaceutical products.
• Self-motivated, target-driven, and capable of working independently.
• Strong understanding of the healthcare and medical distribution market.
