**Job Summary**
We are seeking an experienced and strategic HR professional for the role of AGM – HR to lead and manage the organization’s human resource functions. The candidate will be responsible for overseeing HR operations, compliance, payroll, and aligning HR strategies with business objectives.
**Key Responsibilities1. HR Strategy & Leadership**
- Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with business goals
- Lead and mentor the HR team
- Partner with senior management for organizational development
**2. Statutory Compliance & Legal**
- Ensure full compliance with all applicable labor laws and statutory requirements
- Hands-on expertise in:
- Provident Fund (PF)
- Employee State Insurance (ESIC)
- Professional Tax (PT)
- Tax Deducted at Source (TDS)
- Stay updated and ensure implementation of **New Labour Codes**
- Handle audits, inspections, and legal matters
**3. Payroll & Compensation Management**
- Manage end-to-end payroll processing
- Strong understanding of:
- CTC structuring
- Salary components and deductions
- Taxation and compliance aspects
- Ensure accuracy and timely salary disbursement
**4. Employee Relations & Engagement**
- Handle employee grievances and disciplinary actions
- Drive employee engagement initiatives
- Maintain a positive workplace culture
**5. Performance Management**
- Design and implement performance appraisal systems
- Align performance metrics with business objectives
**6. Recruitment & Workforce Planning**
- Oversee talent acquisition strategies
- Workforce planning and succession planning
**7. HR Operations & Systems**
- Ensure smooth HR operations and documentation
- Implement and manage HRMS systems
**Key Skills & Competencies**
- Strong knowledge of Indian labor laws and compliance
- Expertise in PF, ESIC, PT, TDS, and payroll management
- In-depth understanding of CTC structuring
- Familiarity with New Labour Codes
- Leadership and team management skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management
**Educational Qualification**
- MBA/PGDM in Human Resources or equivalent
**Preferred Industry Experience**
- Manufacturing / Infrastructure / Industrial sectors preferred
**Compensation**
- As per industry standards (negotiable based on experience and expertise)
**Reporting To**
- Senior Management / Director
**Note:** Candidate must have hands-on experience in compliance and payroll functions along with strategic HR exposure.
Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹100,000.00 per month
