Job Description
Responsibilities
• Assist the Site Finance Controller in preparing reports related to the construction phase.
• Invoice verification and NFA Validation
• Support the budgeting and forecasting processes for construction activities.
• Monitor and analyze financial performance, identifying variances and recommending corrective actions.
• Ensure compliance with financial policies, procedures, and regulations specific to construction projects.
• Assist in the preparation of cost reports and financial analysis for management.
• Coordinate with project managers and other departments to gather financial data and ensure accuracy.
• Support internal and external audits by providing necessary documentation and information.
• Assist in the implementation of financial systems and processes to improve efficiency.
• Perform ad-hoc financial analysis and reporting as required.
• Track and report on capital expenditures and project costs.
Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
• Professional certification (e.g., CPA, CMA) is a plus.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in a finance or accounting role, preferably in the construction or energy sector.
