Designation-Asst. Manger/ Deputy Manager- Sales

**Key Responsibilities:**
- Drive revenue through advertising sales, sponsorships, and media partnerships.
- Identify and develop new business opportunities with advertisers, agencies, and corporate clients.
- Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing clients to ensure repeat business.
- Prepare customized media proposals, presentations, and rate plans based on client requirements.
- Coordinate with editorial, creative, digital, and marketing teams for effective campaign execution.
- Monitor campaign performance and ensure client satisfaction.
- Negotiate commercial terms and close sales deals effectively.
- Track sales targets, prepare MIS reports, and ensure timely collections.
- Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and advertising innovations.
**Desired Candidate Profile**:
- 3–6 years of experience in media sales / advertising sales / corporate sales
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Good understanding of print, digital, or integrated media platforms
- Target-oriented and self-motivated professional
- Experience in handling agencies and direct clients will be preferred
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
