Job Title: Back Office Executive xperience: 0–2 years (Freshers can apply) Employment Type: Full-time Job Summary We are looking for a detail-oriented Back Office Executive to support our daily administrative and operational tasks. The candidate will be responsible for maintaining records, managing data, coordinating with departments, and ensuring smooth office operations. Key Responsibilities Maintain and update company databases and records Handle data entry and documentation work Prepare reports, spreadsheets, and MIS reports Coordinate with internal departments for operational tasks Manage emails, files, and office documentation Verify and process invoices, forms, and other documents Assist management with administrative duties Requirements Bachelor’s degree in any field Basic knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word) Good communication and organizational skills Attention to detail and accuracy in work Ability to multitask and meet deadlines Preferred Skills Knowledge of data management Basic computer skills and typing speed Problem-solving ability Salary ₹15,000 – ₹25,000 per month (depending on experience)
