Job Description-
• Plan and organize banquet events such as weddings, conferences, meetings, and social gatherings.
• Communicate with clients to understand their event requirements, preferences, and expectations.
• Oversee the arrangement of banquet halls including seating, décor, lighting, and audio-visual equipment.
• Work closely with the kitchen, housekeeping, and service teams to ensure smooth event operations.
• Ensure proper preparation, presentation, and timely service of food and beverages.
• Assign duties, guide, and supervise banquet staff to maintain high service standards.
• Ensure excellent hospitality and handle guest requests or complaints professionally.
• Be present during events to supervise operations and resolve any issues immediately.
• Maintain cleanliness, safety, and quality standards in the banquet area.
• Verify event bills, maintain records of events, and prepare reports for management.
• Ensure that the event runs smoothly and meets or exceeds client expectations.
• Review the event performance and collect feedback for service improvement.
