**Billing Manager** – **Experience** **in Plumbing & Firefighting Systems projects**

Location: Raipur, Chhattisgarh

What you'll do

• Manage and supervise daily billing operations to ensure accuracy and timeliness
• Prepare and issue invoices, billing statements, and related documentation for infrastructure projects including plumbing and firefighting installations
• Monitor accounts receivable and proactively follow up on outstanding payments
• Maintain billing records and keep customer account information up to date
• Resolve billing discrepancies and handle customer queries efficiently
• Coordinate with finance, sales, and operations — including on-site project teams — on billing matters
• Develop, document, and implement billing policies and procedures specific to MEP (Mechanical, Electrical & Plumbing) and fire protection projects
• Prepare billing reports and financial summaries for senior management
• Ensure compliance with applicable tax regulations and company policies
• Train, guide, and mentor billing team members to improve productivity and accuracy
• Identify and champion improvements to billing systems and workflows

**What we're looking for**

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field
• 5+ years of experience in billing, invoicing, or accounts receivable
• Proven team leadership or supervisory experience
• Strong understanding of financial reporting and tax compliance
• Proficiency in billing software and ERP systems
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• High attention to detail with strong organizational and time management abilities
