Role: Branch Manager (Sales, Business Development & Team Management)
Grade: AVP
Industry: Financial – Broking Houses
Team Management: 1+7 members (mix of RMs and Dealers)
Reporting to: Cluster Head
Experience: 5+ years of experience in the equity market, with at least 2 years in a leadership or managerial role.
Job Responsibilities –
• Team Handling and AUM collection
• Increase revenue from new client through up sale / Cross Sell
• Acquisition of HNI, Retail clients and Corporate Clients
• Promote Focus Product of the month.
• Ensure individual and team performance as per norms.
• Recruit, induct, handhold, facilitate and motivate team members.
• Retention of performing team members.
• Ensure smooth day-to-day operations of the branch within the given guidelines, framework and budgets.
• Ensure compliance as per various regulator and organization guidelines.
• Cross Selling of Third Party Products- LI, MF, PMS, FD, Bonds etc
