Business Development Associate

Assisting customers in selecting jewellery, explaining product features, and ensuring excellent customer service to increase showroom sales.

Key Responsibilities

Welcome and assist customers visiting the showroom.Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable jewellery products.Explain product details such as gold purity, diamond quality, weight, and pricing.Maintain attractive display of jewellery in the showroom.Achieve monthly and yearly sales targets.Build strong relationships with customers and encourage repeat purchases.Assist customers during billing and purchase process.Handle customer queries, complaints, and provide proper solutions.Keep updated with new jewellery collections, trends, and designs.Ensure safety and proper handling of jewellery items.Support promotional activities and showroom events.Maintain cleanliness and professional appearance in the showroom.Required Skills

Minimum 12th Pass / Graduate preferredExperience
