Business Development Intern

Role Overview

We are looking for a Business Development Intern who is motivated, communicative, and comfortable reaching out to new people and organisations. This is a full-time hybrid Business Development Intern role based in Bilaspur, with a mix of on-site work and some work-from-home flexibility.

The selected intern will work directly with the founding team to grow CodeKraftHub's reach across four areas:

• Bringing in clients for our IT services and AI/automation products

• Driving student enrollments for our training and internship programs

• Building institutional partnerships with colleges and academic bodies

• Supporting outreach for events, seminars, and workshops

Responsibilities

• Identify and reach out to potential clients, colleges, and students through digital and in-person channels

• Conduct introductory conversations and understand prospect requirements

• Present our services and programs clearly and accurately

• Follow up consistently and maintain a basic pipeline tracker

• Coordinate with the internal team to prepare proposals, decks, or demos when needed

• Represent CodeKraftHub at local events, seminars, or college visits where relevant

• Share feedback from the ground to help improve our outreach messaging

What We're Looking For

Required:

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Business, Marketing, Management, Engineering, or a related field.

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills — in person
