**Executive Summary**
We are seeking a high-caliber **Key Account Manager (KAM)** to spearhead our enrollment growth and institutional footprint in the Chhattisgarh region. As a strategic "Enrollment Architect," you will be responsible for driving large-scale student acquisition through a dual-pronged approach: high-velocity individual sales and high-impact institutional MoUs. This role demands a sophisticated blend of aggressive business development, consultative sales expertise, and the ability to navigate complex stakeholder environments within academia and corporate HR.
**Core Responsibilities**
**1. Strategic Institutional Partnerships**
- **Market Penetration:** Identify and cultivate high-value partnerships with universities, autonomous colleges, and technical institutions in the Raipur/Bhilai belt.
- **MoU Management:** Negotiate and execute institutional agreements for bulk student enrollments and campus-integrated HR certification programs.
- **B2B Corporate Outreach:** Engage with corporate HR departments to position our certifications as essential upskilling tools for their workforce.
**2. High-Performance Enrollment Management**
- **Full-Cycle Sales Ownership:** Lead the end-to-end enrollment process, from lead generation and high-stakes pitching to final conversion.
- **Target Achievement:** Consistently deliver against a monthly benchmark of 50+ enrollments, leveraging both retail leads and institutional pipelines.
- **Public Speaking & Evangelism:** Deliver compelling seminars and keynote presentations to large audiences (students & faculty) to articulate the strategic ROI of HR professionalization.
**3. Operational Excellence & CRM Governance**
- **Pipeline Optimization:** Manage a high-volume lead database with forensic precision using enterprise CRM tools (Salesforce/Zoho).
- **Data-Driven Strategy:** Analyze conversion metrics to refine sales tactics and ensure zero lead leakage across the sales funnel.
- **On-Ground Representation:** Lead the brand’s presence at premier educational forums, HR summits, and regional campus drives.
**Candidate Profile & Qualifications**
- **Professional Experience:** Minimum of 5 years in high-stakes sales, specifically within EdTech, Higher Education Admissions, or Professional Training sectors.
- **Strategic Pedigree:** A proven track record of exceeding multi-million INR revenue targets and managing large-scale institutional accounts.
- **Domain Expertise:** A strong foundational understanding of Human Resources (Payroll, Compliance, Talent Acquisition) to maintain high credibility with TPOs and Deans.
- **Regional Influence:** An existing, active network of Training & Placement Officers (TPOs) and academic decision-makers in Raipur/Bhilai is highly preferred.
- **Key Competencies:** Advanced negotiation skills, exceptional executive presence, and a "hunter" mindset oriented toward uncapped performance rewards.
**Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)**
- **Net Enrollment Volume:** Consistent achievement of the 50+ monthly enrollment target.
- **Institutional Acquisition:** Number and quality of MoUs signed and successfully activated.
- **Funnel Efficiency:** Optimization of Lead-to-Paid conversion ratios.
- **Market Share:** Growth of brand footprint within key regional institutions.
