Job Summary:

Shiva Public School is looking for a responsible and detail-oriented Cashier (Male/Female) to manage fee collection and financial transactions efficiently. The candidate will be responsible for collecting school fees, issuing receipts, maintaining financial records, and supporting the accounts department in daily operations.

Key Responsibilities:

✔ Collect school fees from students/parents (cash/online/cheque as applicable).
✔ Issue proper receipts for all transactions and ensure accuracy.
✔ Maintain accurate records of fee collection and update it daily.
✔ Track pending fees and prepare follow-up lists for defaulters.
✔ Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly collection reports.
✔ Deposit collected cash in the bank as per school policy.
✔ Coordinate with the accounts department for reconciliation and auditing.
✔ Maintain student-wise fee records and financial documentation.
✔ Ensure confidentiality and security of financial data.
✔ Assist in other accounts-related administrative work as assigned.

Qualifications:

✔ Any Graduate (B.Com. preferred.)
✔ Basic accounting knowledge is required.

Required Skills:

✔ Basic knowledge of Maths.
✔ Strong numerical ability and attention to detail.
✔ Honest, trustworthy, and responsible.
✔ Good communication skills (Hindi & basic English).
✔ Ability to handle cash transactions carefully and accurately.
