Chapter Coordinator / Executive Director

TiE Raipur is looking for a dynamic, results-driven Executive Director to lead our chapter’s growth and manage the local startup ecosystem. This is a high-visibility role reporting directly to the Board of Directors.

Key Responsibilities

● Operations: Oversee day-to-day administration, budgeting, and compliance in alignment with TiE Global standards.

● Growth: Drive membership acquisition (Charter & Associate Members) and secure corporate sponsorships.

● Events: Lead the execution of flagship programs, including Founders Mixers, Mentorship sessions, and TiECon Raipur.

● Engagement: Act as the primary liaison for members, government bodies, and academic partners.

Requirements

● Experience: 5+ years in community management, corporate relations, or program leadership.

● Skills: Exceptional networking, stakeholder management (CXOs/Founders), and professional communication.

● Attributes: Proactive, tech-savvy, and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.

Position Details

● Compensation: ₹4.0 LPA – ₹5.0 LPA
