Job Description

**Job Title: Chartered Accountant**

**Key Responsibilities:**

**Accounting & Finance**

· Oversee and manage complete books of accounts

· Ensure accuracy of financial records, ledgers, and MIS reports

· Supervise day-to-day accounting activities and team (if applicable)

· Manage cash flow, bank reconciliation, and fund utilization

**Taxation & Compliance**

· Handle **GST compliance** including returns, reconciliation, and assessments

· Manage Income Tax, TDS, and other statutory compliances

· Prepare and review tax workings, notices, and replies

· Ensure timely filing of all statutory returns

**Audit & Regulatory**

· Handle **all types of audits** (Statutory, Internal, Tax, GST, Concurrent, etc.)

· Coordinate with auditors and ensure smooth audit closures

· Ensure compliance with **NBFC regulations**, RBI guidelines, and reporting norms

**NBFC & Loan Operations**

· Strong understanding of **NBFC company structure and operations**

· Knowledge of **all types of loans** (Personal, Business, Secured/Unsecured, etc.)

· Support loan accounting, interest calculation, NPA tracking, and provisioning

· Ensure compliance related to lending and recovery processes

**Liaisoning & Coordination**

· Liaison with GST, Income Tax, Banks, Auditors, and other authorities

· Coordinate with internal departments and senior management

· Assist in financial planning and decision-making

Eligibility & Skills

· **Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA)** – Mandatory

· Proven experience in **NBFC or finance/lending companies** preferred

· Strong expertise in **GST, Taxation, Audits, and Compliance**

· In-depth knowledge of **NBFC laws, RBI norms, and loan products**

· Experience in **liaisoning and regulatory coordination**

· Proficient in **Tally, MS Excel, and other accounting software**

· Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills
