This is a full-time, on-site role for a Continental Chef based in Raipur, Chhattisgarh. The Continental Chef will be responsible for preparing and presenting Continental dishes, maintaining high culinary standards, and ensuring proper kitchen hygiene. The role includes creating menu items, maintaining inventory, managing food preparation processes, and collaborating with the kitchen team to deliver excellent service. The chef must ensure compliance with food safety and quality standards while introducing innovative recipes and ideas.
Strong knowledge of kitchen operations, food safety standards, and hygiene practices
Skills in inventory management, food storage, and waste reduction
Experience in leadership, teamwork, and communication within a fast-paced kitchen environment
Formal culinary training or relevant certification is an advantage
Passion for food innovation and the ability to adapt to guest preferences
Prior experience in a similar role is preferred
