Position: Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO)

Experience Required

Minimum 12 years of experience in HR

Minimum 2 years of experience in the same position (CHRO/Head HR role)

Key Responsibilities

Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with organizational goals.

Lead recruitment, onboarding, and talent management processes.

Ensure compliance with labor laws, statutory regulations, and company policies.

Manage payroll coordination, attendance, leave management, and employee perks.

Handle employee grievance management and disciplinary actions.

Develop HR policies, SOPs, and performance management systems.

Monitor employee engagement, retention, and organizational culture.

Coordinate with management regarding manpower planning and HR operations.

Supervise HR teams across multiple locations.

Conduct training and development programs for employees and managers.

Required Skills

Strong leadership and team management skills.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Sound knowledge of labor laws and statutory compliance.

Expertise in recruitment, payroll, HR operations, and policy management.

Proficiency in HRMS, MS Excel, Word, and reporting tools.

Qualification

MBA/PGDM in Human Resources or equivalent qualification.

Preferred Industry

Healthcare / Operations / Service Industry preferred.
