Chief Technical Officer (CTO) – Alumina & Food Division

**Position: Chief Technical Officer (CTO)**

We are seeking an experienced and visionary technical leader to oversee the technical and operational excellence of our Alumina and Food business verticals at our Corporate Office in Raipur.

**Key Responsibilities:**

• Lead technical operations and strategic planning for Alumina and Food divisions
• Drive process optimization, plant efficiency, and technology enhancement initiatives
• Oversee engineering, production, quality, maintenance, and project execution activities
• Implement innovative technologies and automation for operational improvement
• Ensure compliance with safety, quality, environmental, and regulatory standards
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams for capacity expansion and process improvement
• Lead technical feasibility studies, budgeting, and operational planning
• Monitor technical KPIs and ensure continuous improvement across operations
• Build and mentor high-performing technical and engineering teams

**Candidate Profile:**

• Strong technical leadership experience in both Alumina/Mining and Food Processing industries
• Deep understanding of manufacturing operations, plant management, and process engineering
• Expertise in project management, process optimization, and operational excellence
• Strong problem-solving, analytical, and decision-making abilities
• Excellent leadership and stakeholder management skills
• Engineering degree required; additional management qualification preferred

**Experience Required:**

15–25 Years of relevant experience
