**Job Title:** Civil Draftsman / Design Engineer

**Job Summary**
We are seeking a skilled and detail\-oriented Civil Draftsman / Design Engineer with 2–3 years of experience in construction drawing and design. The candidate will be responsible for preparing accurate technical drawings, 2D/3D models, and supporting the design team in project execution.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Prepare detailed 2D drawings using AutoCAD
- Develop 3D models and visualizations using 3ds Max and SketchUp
- Assist in structural analysis and design using STAAD.Pro
- Interpret engineering and architectural designs into technical drawings
- Modify and update drawings as per project requirements
- Coordinate with site engineers, architects, and project managers
- Ensure all drawings comply with industry standards and project specifications
- Maintain proper documentation and drawing records
**Required Skills**
- Proficiency in AutoCAD (2D drafting)
- Working knowledge of 3ds Max (3D modeling/rendering)
- Experience with SketchUp for design visualization
- Basic to intermediate knowledge of STAAD.Pro for structural analysis
- Good understanding of construction drawings and detailing
- Strong attention to detail and problem\-solving skills
**Educational Qualification**
- Diploma / B.Tech in Civil Engineering or related field
