**Job Title: Civil Engineer – High-Rise & Real Estate Projects**

**Key Responsibilities:**
- Oversee and manage civil engineering aspects of **high-rise building construction**, including structural and site works.
- Coordinate and monitor **plot development**, land grading, road layout, drainage, and infrastructure design.
- Assist in **project planning, scheduling**, and budgeting across all phases of real estate development.
- Collaborate with architects, contractors, and consultants to ensure design and construction quality.
- Conduct **site inspections**, supervise on-site execution, and resolve technical issues during construction.
- Prepare and review civil drawings, BOQs, and tender documents.
- Ensure adherence to **local building codes, regulations**, and safety standards.
- Track project progress and submit regular reports to project managers and stakeholders.
**Requirements:**
- Bachelor’s degree in **Civil Engineering** (BE/B.Tech).
- **5+ years** of experience in civil engineering with a focus on **high-rise buildings**, **real estate development**, and **plotting/layout design**.
- Strong understanding of construction methods, structural systems, and infrastructure planning.
- Proficiency in **AutoCAD**, **STAAD Pro**, **MS Project**, and other relevant software.
- Familiarity with **regulatory approvals**, zoning norms, and municipal processes.
- Good communication, teamwork, and project coordination skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines efficiently.

Pay: ₹12,861.10 - ₹40,916.74 per month
