**Job Title: Civil Supervisor**

**Location:** Raipur, Chhatttisgarh
**Job Type:** Full-time
**Experience Required:** 2–5 Years (or as per requirement)

**Job Summary**

We are looking for a responsible and experienced Civil Supervisor to oversee construction activities at site, ensure work is completed on time, and maintain quality and safety standards.

**Key Responsibilities**

• Supervise daily construction activities at site
• Monitor labor work, contractors, and material usage
• Ensure work is executed as per drawings and specifications
• Maintain quality control and safety standards on site
• Coordinate with engineers, architects, and project managers
• Prepare daily progress reports and site updates
• Ensure proper use of materials to avoid wastage
• Check measurements and maintain site records
• Handle site issues and resolve them efficiently

**Required Skills**

• Good knowledge of construction processes and materials
• Ability to read drawings and plans
• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, reporting)
• Problem-solving and decision-making ability

**Qualifications**

• Diploma / Degree in Civil Engineering
• Relevant site supervision experience

**Salary**

₹18,000 – ₹25,000 per month (depending on experience)

**Additional Requirements (Optional)**

• Willingness to travel or relocate
• Experience in residential/commercial projects
• Knowledge of safety regulations
