**Job Title:** Client Relationship Manager

**Salary:** ₹20,000 – ₹35,000 per month
**Job Summary:**
We are seeking a dedicated and dynamic Client Relationship Manager to build and maintain strong client relationships throughout the project lifecycle. The role involves acting as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring seamless coordination between clients and internal teams, and delivering a high level of client satisfaction. The ideal candidate should possess excellent interpersonal skills and a proven track record in client management.
**Key Responsibilities:**
**Client & Vendor Coordination:**
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients and vendors associated with projects
- Understand and interpret client requirements and coordinate with internal teams for smooth execution
**Architect & 3D Coordination:**
- Collaborate with architects for quotations, negotiate terms, and finalize proposals as per client requirements
- Attend client meetings to understand project needs in detail
- Prepare comprehensive project packages including consultancy, architectural design, landscaping, and 3D visualization
**Financial Responsibilities:**
- Follow up on payments with clients and ensure timely collections
- Coordinate site visits or assign personnel for payment collections
- Work closely with the finance team to update and maintain client payment records
**CRM Training & Reporting:**
- Train and guide new CRM team members to maintain consistency in processes and service quality
- Maintain accurate records and generate reports as required
**Coordination with Directors & Internal Teams:**
- Schedule and coordinate client meetings with senior management
- Prepare and share Minutes of Meetings (MOMs) after discussions
- Delegate and follow up on action points with internal departments
- Ensure regular updates and communication within internal teams
**Site Visits & Client Engagement:**
- Conduct site visits as required to monitor progress and address client concerns
- Maintain regular communication with clients to strengthen relationships and ensure satisfaction
**Special Coordination:**
- Coordinate with consultants and integrate their inputs into project execution
- Conduct field visits to assess sites and evaluate vendor/partner capabilities
**Client Documentation & Administrative Support:**
- Manage client documentation and ensure proper record-keeping
- Assist in processing client fees and supporting administrative tasks
- Participate in internal meetings and contribute to project planning and execution
**Requirements:**
- Bachelor’s degree (preferred)
- 3–5 years of relevant work experience in client relationship management or a similar role
- Strong communication, coordination, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and projects efficiently
- Proactive approach with strong problem-solving abilities
