CNC Operator

**Position : CNC Operator (Plasma Cutting)**
**Location:** Loha Bazaar, Raipur**Department:** Production / Fabrication**Reports To:** Production Supervisor / Plant Manager**Job Type:** Full-time

**Job Summary:**

We are seeking a skilled and experienced **CNC Machine Operator** to operate and manage a **Plasma Cutting Machine**. The ideal candidate will be responsible for setting up, operating, and maintaining CNC plasma cutting machines to ensure precise and high-quality output as per design specifications and safety standards.

**Key Responsibilities:**

• Set up and operate **CNC plasma cutting machines** according to production drawings and specifications.
• Load and unload materials onto the machine and ensure correct placement.
• Monitor machine operations and make necessary adjustments to maintain quality and accuracy.
• Perform basic maintenance, cleaning, and troubleshooting of the CNC plasma cutting machine.
• Read and interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and CAD files.
• Ensure safety procedures and company policies are strictly followed.
• Record production output and report any issues or defects to the supervisor.
• Collaborate with team members to meet daily production targets.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area.

**Requirements:**

• Minimum **2 years of experience** operating a **CNC plasma cutting machine**.
• ITI / Diploma in Mechanical or related technical field preferred.
• Ability to read and interpret **technical drawings and CAD files**.
• Good understanding of **CNC machine operations** and basic troubleshooting.
• Familiarity with safety protocols in a fabrication/industrial environment.
• Physically fit and able to handle heavy materials.

**Preferred Skills:**

• Knowledge of CNC programming (basic level).
• Experience in **PEB (Pre-Engineered Building)** or steel fabrication industry is a plus.
• Ability to work independently and in a team.

**Preferable Candidate:**

• Only Chhattisgarh
