Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled and experienced CNC Machine Operator to operate and manage a Plasma Cutting Machine. The ideal candidate will be responsible for setting up, operating, and maintaining CNC plasma cutting machines to ensure precise and high-quality output as per design specifications and safety standards.

Key Responsibilities:

Set up and operate CNC plasma cutting machines according to production drawings and specifications.Load and unload materials onto the machine and ensure correct placement.Monitor machine operations and make necessary adjustments to maintain quality and accuracy.Perform basic maintenance, cleaning, and troubleshooting of the CNC plasma cutting machine.Read and interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and CAD files.Ensure safety procedures and company policies are strictly followed.Record production output and report any issues or defects to the supervisor.Collaborate with team members to meet daily production targets.Maintain a clean and organized work area.Requirements:

Minimum 2 years of experience operating a CNC plasma cutting machine.ITI / Diploma in Mechanical or related technical field preferred.Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and CAD files.Good understanding of CNC machine operations and basic troubleshooting.Familiarity with safety
