1. Machine Setup & Operation:

Set up and operate CNC machines (lathe, milling, grinding, etc.) according to job specifications.
Load raw materials and secure them properly in the machine.
Adjust machine settings, cutting tools, and workpiece positions for optimal performance.
Monitor machining operations to ensure quality and precision.

2. Programming & Troubleshooting:

Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and CAD/CAM files.
Input or modify G-code and M-code in CNC programs when necessary.
Troubleshoot machine errors and make necessary adjustments to prevent defects.
Perform test runs and first-piece inspections before full production.

3. Quality Control & Inspection:

Use measuring tools like calipers, micrometers, dial indicators, and gauges to check part dimensions.
Conduct in-process and final inspections to ensure parts meet design specifications.
Identify and report defective products, tool wear, and machine malfunctions.
