Key Responsibilities
Collaborate with the Founder and CEO to define company vision, set growth strategies, and make high-level decisions on business direction.Lead market expansion efforts, identifying opportunities to grow our presence in crypto and blockchain sectors.Develop and execute marketing strategies to boost brand visibility and attract new clients.Build and nurture client relationships, focusing on acquiring high-value partners and scaling our user base.Oversee day-to-day operations, innovation initiatives, and resource allocation to ensure sustainable growth.
Requirements
Strong communication skills in English and Hindi – you must be fluent and confident in both for team coordination and client outreach.
Basic formal education (high school or equivalent) – we value hustle and real-world savvy over degrees.
Compulsory knowledge of cryptocurrency basics (trading, wallets, DeFi) and blockchain fundamentals (smart contracts, wallets, consensus mechanisms) – proven through experience or projects.
Willingness to demonstrate commitment by investing a minimum of 2500 USDT in the company when needed – this shows true devotion to our shared success.
No prior professional experience required – we're looking for self-starters with entrepreneurial fire, crypto enthusiasm, and a growth mindset.
