Job Summary

CreditSea is looking for a motivated and responsible **Collection Executive** to join our on-site team in Pandri, Raipur. The role involves contacting customers, following up on payments, and ensuring timely collection while maintaining a professional approach.

Key Responsibilities

· Contact customers via calls to follow up on outstanding payments

· Explain payment terms and resolve customer queries professionally

· Maintain accurate records of calls, payments, and follow-ups

· Achieve daily and monthly collection targets

· Coordinate with the internal team for payment updates

· Follow company policies and compliance guidelines

Eligibility & Skills

· Graduate preferred or perusing

· Good communication skills in Hindi/ English

· Basic computer knowledge

· Ability to handle customers politely and confidently

· Freshers can apply

Salary & Probation

· **Probation Period:** 2 months

· **Salary:** ₹13,000 - 18,000 per month
