Key Responsibilities:

• ROC Filings and Statutory Compliance
• Preparation of Board Meeting Notices, Agendas, and Minutes
• Drafting and Reviewing Legal and Corporate Documents
• RBI and Corporate Compliance Activities
• Coordination with Advocates, Auditors, and Regulatory Authorities

Requirements:

• Basic understanding of the Companies Act and ROC procedures
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Good drafting and communication abilities
