**Job Title: Cost Accountant**

**Experience:** 5-10+ Years in Manufacturing Industry

**Job Summary:**

We are looking for a detail-oriented and analytical Cost Accountant to join our finance team at Rotocast Industries Ltd.. The candidate will be responsible for monitoring production costs, preparing cost reports, inventory valuation, variance analysis, and supporting management in cost control and profitability improvement within a manufacturing setup.

**Key Responsibilities:**

• reports related to costing and production expenses.
• Support budgeting, forecastinPrepare and maintain product-wise cost sheets, BOM costing, and process costing.
• Analyze material, labour, and overhead costs for production.
• Perform standard costing and variance analysis.
• Monitor inventory valuation, stock reconciliation, and physical verification.
• Prepare monthly MIS g, and cost control activities.
• Coordinate with production, stores, purchase, and finance departments.
• Identify cost-saving opportunities and process improvement areas.
• Ensure proper documentation and compliance with accounting standards.
• Assist in internal and external audits related to costing and inventory.

**Required Skills:**

• Strong knowledge of Cost Accounting and Manufacturing Accounting
• Experience in Inventory Management & Variance Analysis
• Good command of MS Excel and ERP Software
• Analytical and problem-solving skills
• Good communication and coordination abilities

**Qualification:**

• CMA / ICWA Qualified or Inter CA Inter
• Bachelor’s Degree in Commerce, Accounting, or Finance

**Preferred Industry:**

**Steel Casting / Foundry / Manufacturing Industry Experience Preferred**

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
