Lead & Customer Management: Handle inbound/outbound calls, follow up on leads, and manage customer interactions from onboarding to post-sales support.Data Integrity & Systems: Maintain accurate customer records in the CRM database, monitor data imports/exports, and generate reports on customer engagement and metrics.Customer Support & Retention: Resolve customer queries and complaints promptly, and implement strategies to increase customer satisfaction and loyalty.Campaign Execution: Assist in marketing campaigns (email, direct mail) and coordinate with internal teams to promote new products or services.Cross-Functional Coordination: Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and IT departments to streamline processes, update system functionality, and ensure smooth data flow.Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
