Key Responsibilities:

✔ Client management and relationship handling

✔ Vendor management and coordination

✔ Maintaining and updating CRM data and records

✔ Handling client queries and ensuring timely resolution

✔ Coordinating with internal teams for smooth project execution

✔ Preparing reports and maintaining communication logs

Requirements:

✔ Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration or related field

✔ Strong communication and interpersonal skills

✔ Basic knowledge of CRM software/tools

✔ Good organizational and coordination abilities

✔ Ability to multitask and manage deadlines effectively

✔ Male/Female candidates preferable
