A2 Environment Consultant is a leading consultancy and engineering firm specializing in Sewage Treatment Plants (STP), Effluent Treatment Plants (ETP), Water Treatment Plants (WTP), Plumbing, Fire Fighting, and Environmental Engineering projects. We have successfully completed more than 700 projects across India and are expanding our team.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage front office operations and greet clients professionally.
• Handle incoming calls, emails, and inquiries.
• Maintain customer and project databases.
• Coordinate with clients, architects, consultants, contractors, and government departments.
• Schedule meetings, appointments, and project discussions.
• Follow up on quotations, proposals, payments, and project updates.
• Maintain records, correspondence, and office documentation.
• Support business development and lead generation activities.
• Prepare reports, presentations, and MIS records.
• Manage social media inquiries and website leads.

Required Skills

• Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi.
• Professional personality and customer-centric approach.
• Strong telephone etiquette and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Ability to handle multiple tasks and work independently.
• Knowledge of CRM software, digital marketing, and social media management will be an added advantage.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
