**Hiring Alert – CRM Manager (Mall)**
We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented **CRM Manager** for our mall.
**Location:** Magneto Mall, Raipur
**Job Responsibilities:**
- Develop and manage customer relationship strategies.
- Handle loyalty programs, memberships, and customer retention plans.
- Analyze customer data and generate insights for business growth.
- Manage customer queries, complaints, and service standards.
- Plan customer engagement campaigns, events, and promotions.
- Coordinate with marketing, leasing, and operations teams.
- Prepare CRM reports, MIS, and performance analysis.
- Ensure excellent customer experience across the mall.
**Required Skills:**
- Strong communication and leadership skills.
- Experience in CRM, customer service, or retail/mall industry.
- Knowledge of CRM software, Excel, and reporting tools.
- Problem-solving and team management skills.
**Qualification:**
Graduate / MBA preferred
