Job Responsibilities:
Handle customer inquiries and provide information about vehicle sales and services.
Maintain strong relationships with existing and new customers.
Follow up with customers regarding service appointments, feedback, and satisfaction.
Coordinate with sales and service teams to ensure smooth customer handling.
Manage customer complaints and resolve issues professionally.
Maintain customer records and update CRM data regularly.
Conduct follow-up calls after vehicle delivery or service completion.
Inform customers about offers, service reminders, insurance renewals, and new products.
Ensure high customer satisfaction and positive customer experience.
Prepare daily reports and customer feedback reports for management.
Requirements:
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Basic knowledge of computers and CRM software.
Customer handling and problem-solving ability.
Professional behavior and positive attitude.
Ability to work in a team and under pressure.
