Our flagship SaaS product, COD King , is scaling fast. We’re looking for a hybrid support and growth enthusiast to work directly with the founders, helping e-commerce merchants optimize their operations and maximize revenue.

This isn’t just about closing tickets—it’s about driving customer success with a sharp B2B sales mindset.

What you’ll do:

Provide exceptional written and verbal support to our global B2B merchants. Bring a software sales mindset to identify upsell and feature-adoption opportunities. Partner directly with the founding team to loop merchant feedback into the product.

What we’re looking for:

Experience: 2+ years in customer support and sales (SaaS/E-commerce is a plus). Skills: Flawless written and verbal communication. Mindset: A strong B2B software sales inclination. Flexibility: Comfortable with flexible shift timings for global markets. Immediate Joiners only
