Customer Support Associate Role

So, currently we're hiring for Customer support associate role

and we have 3 voice process

• Hindi Voice Process. (8000/-)

• English Voice Process. (10500/-)

• Premium Voice Process. (13406/-) PF, ESIF included.

• Shift allowances are also there.

• 24 hours rotation shift is their

• Range for Allowance - 50/- to 125/-

Training will be provided by us for 10-15 days the timing will be from 10am to 7pm and 11am to 8pm (Both for Males and Females)

Shift Timings for females

6:00 am to 9:00 pm is our general window

6 am to 3 pm ( 50 /- per day Shift allowance)

7 am to 4 pm

8 am to 5 pm

9 am to 6 pm

10 am to 7 pm

11 am to 8 pm

12 am to 9 pm ( 100/- per day shift allowance)

In split shift you have to work for the first 5 hours then 2 hours of break is there and after that you have to work for the next 4 hours, basically 12 hours of shift is there but you have to work for 9 hours only.

Split Shift for females -

8 am to 8 pm (75 /- Allowance per day)

9 am to 9 pm (125 /- Allowance per day)

Shift Timings for Males

1:00 pm afternoon to 1:00 am late night is our general window

Shift timings start from

• 1:00 pm afternoon to 10:00 pm ( 100 /- per day shift allowance)

• 2:00 pm afternoon to 11:00 pm ( 100 /- per day shift allowance)

• 3:00 pm afternoon to 12:00 am ( 100 /- per day shift allowance)
