**Job Title: Head – Sales (Luxury Real Estate)**

**About the Role:**
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Head – Sales to lead and drive sales strategy for luxury real estate projects at Della Townships. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in premium property sales, team leadership, and client relationship management within the luxury segment.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies to achieve revenue targets for luxury township projects
- Lead, mentor, and manage the sales team, ensuring high performance and productivity
- Drive high-value client acquisitions, including HNI and UHNI clients
- Build and maintain strong relationships with channel partners, brokers, and key stakeholders
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to identify new business opportunities
- Oversee the entire sales cycle from lead generation to deal closure
- Collaborate with marketing teams for campaign planning, brand positioning, and lead generation initiatives
- Ensure excellent customer experience and post-sales engagement
- Prepare and present sales forecasts, MIS reports, and performance analytics to senior management
#### **Job Expectations:**
**Key Requirements:**
- 10–15 years of experience in real estate sales, with a strong focus on luxury or premium projects
- Proven track record of achieving high-value sales targets
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal abilities
- Experience working with HNI/UHNI clientele
- In-depth knowledge of the Jaipur real estate market is preferred
- MBA in Sales/Marketing or relevant qualification preferred
