Deputy Manager - HR

We are looking for a proactive and result-oriented Deputy Manager – HR to manage end-to-end HR operations along with recruitment functions. The role involves overseeing payroll, attendance, statutory compliance, and employee lifecycle processes, along with driving talent acquisition activities to ensure timely hiring as per organizational requirements. The candidate will be responsible for maintaining HR efficiency, compliance, and supporting overall workforce planning.

Qualifications:

MBA / PGDM in HR or relevant field5–8 years of experience in HR Operations and Talent AcquisitionStrong knowledge of payroll processing, attendance management, and HR complianceHands-on experience in recruitment, sourcing, screening, and onboardingGood understanding of EPF, ESIC, and labor law complianceStrong leadership, coordination, and team handling skillsExcellent communication, decision-making, and problem-solving abilityKey Responsibilities:
