Job Description
Ensure continuous operation & end to end plant availability to achieve the budgeted production with utmost safety, optimum cost and power. Ensure qualitative and safety maintenance breakdown and shutdown. Lead safety agenda and ensure implementation of safety standards.Plan, organize and monitor maintenance activities for optimum plant availability in Mechanical discipline as per the targets to meet production requirement.Continuous Improvement: Study and recommend Capex jobs for equipment upgradation/debottlenecking to improve plant availability and productivity.Coordinate, organize & monitor effective implementation of International Management System and other systems for improvement of productivity and creating safe work cultureImproving the Maintenance KPI’s through implementation of Preventive Maintenance Strategies
