As a Digital Marketing Associate at Shri E Com, you will play a crucial role in driving our online presence and engagement. We are looking for a talented individual who is proficient in English writing, creative writing, social media marketing, MS Excel, ChatGPT, problem-solving, research and analytics, Gemini, self-learning, MS PowerPoint, and MS Word.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Manage and schedule social media content across Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, Pinterest, Twitter, and Reddit
2. Plan and execute digital sales campaigns to generate leads and increase online sales
3. Create posts, reels, short videos, and promotional content for social media platforms
4. Monitor engagement messages, comments, and customer queries on social media channels
5. Manage product listings, pricing, and orders on Amazon, Flipkart, IndiaMART, and Gem portals
6. Optimize product listings, keywords, descriptions, and images for better visibility and sales
7. Handle Amazon seller accounts for clients, including product uploads, catalog management, and performance monitoring
8. Track campaign performance, sales data, and prepare basic reports
