Role Overview: Digital Marketers execute SimplifyX’s demand generation engine across LinkedIn, Google Ads, ABM platforms (6sense), email nurture sequences, and retargeting campaigns. They work within the AI-first content creation workflow, using tools like Claude and HubSpot Breeze to scale content production while maintaining quality. Execute paid media campaigns across LinkedIn Advertising (primary B2B channel), Google Search/Display, and ABM platforms including 6sense. Manage PPC biddable media across search, social, display, programmatic, and retargeting networks. Manage the execution of all digital marketing campaigns, including liaising with internal stakeholders on performance improvements, budget allocation, forecasting, and CPL/CAC/LTV efficiency gains. Identify and provide recommendations on new performance marketing strategies, omnichannel engagement tactics, and conversion rate optimization to drive new customer acquisition — with an implement, test, measure, refine, scale-out mindset. Ensure brand and product proposition consistency across all biddable media promotions, aligned with digital and brand marketing objectives. Support Account-Based Marketing campaigns for top 500 target accounts. Content Marketing & SEO: Produce SEO-optimized content using AI-assisted workflows (Claude for drafts, human quality review). Manage social media presence and executive thought leadership program on LinkedIn. Lead the development and management of digital content amplification strategies to drive and optimize campaign results. Maintain strong online brand voice through responsive social media targeting, channel marketing tactics, and content engagement. Ensure all content and design collateral adheres to style guides, with appropriate grammar, spelling, and version control checks. Establish a data-driven approach to produce effective, personalized experiences for prospects. Provide recommendations to improve user experience in line with contemporary UX best practices. Email Marketing & CRM Automation: Manage email marketing including nurture sequences, newsletters, and product updates. Manage database segmentation, optimizing communications, improving customer conversions, and personalized outreach (HubSpot and ZoomInfo). Build emails and develop overall email strategy including audience segmentation based on behaviors and profiles, campaign and drip sequences, A/B and multi-variate testing. Track and report on marketing analytics, pipeline attribution, and MQL/SQL conversion rates. Manage weekly and monthly KPIs, full-funnel performance reporting, ensuring capital deployed delivers ROMI. Provide always-on performance marketing analytics through real-time dashboards. Development and maintenance of data acquisition, including Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager. Required Qualifications 3-6 years of B2B digital marketing experience, preferably in enterprise SaaS or technology. Proficiency with marketing automation platforms (HubSpot preferred), ABM tools (6sense), and analytics platforms. Demonstrated experience with LinkedIn Advertising, Google Ads, and retargeting platforms. Experience executing multi-channel, geo-targeted, regional, and global campaigns. Strong analytical skills with ability to optimize campaigns based on data; a data-driven approach to problem-solving. Advanced proficiency with digital performance measurement tools including Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Looker Studio, and social media business manager dashboards. Demonstrated working knowledge of SEO best practices (e.g. Ability to build and manage email campaigns end-to-end, including segmentation, drip sequences, and A/B testing. Certified in HubSpot, Google Ads, or Google Analytics (preferred). Strong copywriting and creative messaging skills; Excellent written English communication skills. Experience with AI content tools (Claude, HubSpot Breeze) is a strong plus. Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
