Your key responsibilities will include:
- Establishing, implementing, and measuring the effectiveness of budgets across performance marketing channels like Google Ads, Facebook, and classifieds to drive awareness and generate business.
- Optimizing ads to achieve the lowest cost per lead on the website and app, without compromising user quality.
- Analyzing traffic data, flows, funnels on a detailed city and category level to identify potential leakages and opportunities to grow.
- Being actively involved in all SEO efforts (On-Page, Off-Page, and Technical).
- Managing content on all social media channels like Instagram, Pinterest, Youtube, etc.
- Being hands-on and detail-oriented in terms of analyzing results.
Qualifications required for this role include:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a digital marketing role.
- Proven experience in lead generation through performance marketing.
- Hands-on experience managing a minimum monthly marketing budget of 2 Lakhs.
- Proficiency in MS Excel for data analysis and campaign tracking.
- Strong understanding of paid ads, SEO strategies, and social media platforms.
- Excellent communication and analytical skills.
