**Role Overview**
We are looking for a versatile and proactive **Digital Operations Generalist** to join our team in Raipur. This is a "jack-of-all-trades" role where you will manage our online presence across ecommerce platforms, improve our search engine visibility (SEO), and create engaging content to drive sales. You will be the bridge between our products and our digital customers.
**Key Responsibilities1. Ecommerce Management**
- **Listing & Cataloging:** Upload and manage product listings on Amazon, Flipkart, Meesho, and our own website.
- **Inventory Tracking:** Monitor stock levels and update availability across all platforms to prevent overselling.
- **Order Coordination:** Assist in processing orders and coordinating with the logistics team for timely dispatch.
**2. SEO & Digital Growth**
- **Keyword Research:** Identify high-performing keywords to include in product titles and descriptions.
- **On-Page Optimization:** Optimize meta tags, image alt-text, and URLs to improve organic rankings.
- **Local SEO:** Maintain and update our "Google Business Profile" to ensure local Raipur customers can find us easily.
**3. Content Creation**
- **Copywriting:** Write clear, persuasive product descriptions and 1-2 blog posts per month.
- **Social Media:** Create simple, eye-catching posts for Instagram and Facebook (using tools like Canva).
- **Basic Photography:** Coordinate or take basic product photos and perform light editing.
**Required Skills & Qualifications**
- **Education:** Graduate in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field (Freshers are welcome!).
- **Ecommerce Savvy:** Basic understanding of how seller panels (Amazon/Flipkart) work.
- **Writing Skills:** Ability to write professional English/Hindi with correct grammar.
- **Tech-Friendly:** Proficiency in MS Excel (vlookup/pivots) and Canva (or similar design tools).
- **Mindset:** A "get-it-done" attitude with the ability to switch between different tasks quickly.
**What We Offer**
- Fixed monthly salary of unto Rs. 15,000/-
