Job Title: ERP Functional Support Executive

Location: Borjhara Plant, Raipur, Chhattisgarh

Salary: Up to Rs 50,000 per month (Based on Experience)

Age Criteria: 25–35 Years

Job Summary

REAL Group is looking for a proactive and detail-oriented ERP Functional Support Executive to support and manage ERP modules related to Sales, Purchase, and HRMS. The role involves troubleshooting, system configuration, user support, and coordination with development teams to ensure smooth ERP operations across the organization.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide functional support for ERP modules including Sales, Purchase, and HRMS
• Analyze, troubleshoot, and resolve user issues
• Understand business processes and perform system configuration
• Coordinate with development teams and vendors for system enhancements
• Troubleshoot integration issues and maintain data consistency
• Optimize workflows and improve system performance
• Conduct end-user training and maintain documentation
• Provide FAQ and user support
• Coordinate with multiple departments for smooth ERP operations

Required Skills

• Strong understanding of Sales, Purchase, and HR business processes
• Knowledge of HTML, APIs, and Web Applications
• Familiarity with Oracle D2K (Forms & Reports)
• Knowledge of Linux KUbuntu Operating System
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and coordination skills

Qualification & Experience

• Bachelor's or Master's Degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field
• 2–5 years of experience in ERP or Enterprise System Support

Working Hours

10:00 AM to 7:00 PM

Additional Requirement

Candidates may be required to visit plant locations and other REAL Group sites as per business requirements.
